H. Gary Northcott, who has a master’s degree in counseling psychology, taught junior and senior high school subjects and sociology, psychology, and public speaking at Brown Mackie College in Kansas City, Kansas. For many years he offered social services to manic depressives, severely emotionally disturbed teens, drug addicts, and members of street gangs.

Following graduation from the Monroe Institute’s Gateway Program, which involved training in remote viewing and telepathy, he began being mentally contacted by spiritual beings from other worlds. Confused by these experiences, Gary followed advice to seek regressive hypnosis to learn about possible past lives. Although he was originally surprised to experience several past lives, he became more open to the experience as time went on. At this time, his spiritual guides began appearing to him in visions and training him for open contact with extraterrestrials. They began taking him physically aboard starships for trips around the galaxy; this has continued ever since. He is now assisting in conducting a support group for contactees to help them cope with this new reality, which is often frightening and painful to them at first.

For the past twenty-six years, Gary has performed in Kansas City’s Renaissance Festival as a storyteller.
